1. Are the pieces really handmade?

Yes, all pieces are entirely handcrafted in my workshop in Gironde, from throwing to glazing. Each creation is therefore unique and may show slight variations in shape, color, or texture.
Handmade items involve small natural variations. This is what gives handcrafted ceramics their charm and authenticity: each piece has its own personality.
All glazes used are food safe, except for decorative items where it is specified as non-food safe.
Yes, stoneware and porcelain pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe (except for pieces with gilding). However, to preserve their shine longer, gentle hand washing is recommended.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. For custom or pre-ordered creations, lead times may be longer and will be specified when placing the order.
Each part is carefully wrapped with appropriate protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Yes, delivery is possible in several European Union countries. Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order on the payment page after you enter your postal address.
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (excluding personalized creations).
Yes, dematerialized gift cards are available in the shop. They are perfect for giving a gift without making a mistake.
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address when ordering. The package does not contain an invoice with the price, and if you wish for me to include a small note for the recipient, you can indicate this in your cart.
It is entirely possible to order custom pieces by contacting me directly by email or via the Contact page, detailing your request as precisely as possible. I will respond as soon as possible and send you a quote. After the quote is approved, a deposit corresponding to 20% of the order amount will be requested to initiate manufacturing. I will also inform you of the manufacturing and shipping times before production begins.
