Every order is prepared with the utmost care to ensure safe receipt. Items are carefully protected before shipping.

Shipments are made via La Poste, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay, in France and throughout all European Union countries.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and the destination country, once your delivery address has been entered.

✨ For France, delivery via Mondial Relay to a pick-up point or locker is a flat rate of €6, regardless of your order amount.

Preparation and delivery times are generally 3 to 7 working days. This excludes creations on pre-order or custom orders, which require additional manufacturing time.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package at every stage of its journey.
